I meant to start this blog some time ago...

...namely, at the start of the Bundesliga season! However, things being what they are, I have only now got round to it, inspired by The Guardian website - thanks oh liberal leaning types!

Once I can remember how to blog properly I'll update this regularly. For now, it's enough to know that a) Werder Bremen are playing fantastic football and will probably win the Bundesliga this season b) Bayern aren't playing well but are only three points behind Werder and will be their main challengers c) Schalke 04 have spunked all their money on players who stubbornly refuse to perform as well as they did at their former clubs (ad infinitum) and are about to be bailed out by GazProm and d) my beloved Eintracht Frankfurt suffered their first league defeat of the season away at Bayern on Saturday, didn't look too good until Meier came on (Funkel - stop playing Weissenberger, he's shit) and are only three points above the bottom three.
